At Kutties Kadai, all our traditional kids' wear is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we have a strict no returns or refunds policy.

Why No Returns/Refunds?

1. Custom-made: Each item is made specifically for you.
2. Small batches: We produce limited quantities for exclusivity.
3. Specialty fabrics: Materials used can't always be reused.

1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement
2. Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of order placement
3. Changes: No changes to orders after 24 hours of order placement
4. Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary
5. Quality: We ensure high-quality products, but minor variations may occur.

1. Damaged or defective items: We'll replace or repair within 7 days of delivery.

2. Incorrect orders: We'll correct or replace within 7 days of delivery.

At KuttiesKadai, we strive to provide unique and high-quality traditional wear for kids. To ensure timely delivery, we have a 4-week pre-order policy for online orders.

Pre-order means that your item(s) will be specially made or sourced for you after you place your order.

Order placement: You place your order online
Production/Procurement: 4 weeks (approx. 28 days)
Shipping: 3-5 business days (domestic), 7-14 business days (international)
Delivery: 5 weeks (approx. 35 days) from order placement.
